Running a trade fair is quite a feat for an organizer: thousands of visitors, dozens if not hundreds of exhibitors, and only a few days to make it all run without a hitch. Putting together a strong exhibitor list is probably no problem for you. But finding, briefing and managing the right staff for a few very busy fair days is a different craft altogether. And yet it's exactly that crew that can make all the difference. Flexible, experienced staff are the ideal solution: they're there when needed, they know the job, and they let you focus on what you're already good at.

Waregem Koerse is much more than just horse racing. It is one of the busiest events of the year, bringing together fashion, networking, and Belgian hospitality. Behind the scenes—amidst the striking hats and thrilling races—a well-oiled machine works to provide thousands of visitors with a flawless experience. For Beyond Mars, this edition in Willy Naessens' hospitality zones was the perfect opportunity to demonstrate what happens when our three divisions work together at full speed.

Working as a host, hostess, or brand ambassador is SO much more than just smiling politely with a badge around your neck. You’re right in the middle of the action, meeting amazing people, and sharpening skills you’ll use for the rest of your life. Here are four benefits of working at Beyond the Smile you hadn't thought of, until now.

On a promo campaign, everything depends on the details. You don't get a second chance. In just a few seconds, a passerby or visitor decides whether to stop… or just keep walking. The difference is rarely in what you say, but in how you approach it. With the right method, you can turn a brief interaction into a lasting moment. In this blog, we share some handy tips for a successful promo campaign.

Signing up at Beyond Mars only takes a few clicks, but it’s the beginning of something big: unique events, new people and experiences that stay with you. Whether you choose Beyond the Smile, Beyond the Serve or Beyond the Stage: we make your start simple, personal and professional.

Brussels Motor Show is not just an event. It is a yearly fixture and a calling card for brands, teams and the people on the floor. For Beyond Mars, that story starts long before the doors open. Brussels Motor Show 2026 was the result of months of preparation, alignment and trust, with one clear goal: making sure everything is right when it matters most.

A New Year’s reception is often the first moment colleagues, clients or partners reconnect. The tone you set there can carry through the entire year. A strong venue and good catering are important, but without the right people, everything can quickly come to a standstill. The crew makes the difference. How do you make sure everything runs smoothly, without having to coordinate everything yourself?

At Beyond the Smile, the hospitality and promo division of Beyond Mars, it’s about more than just earning extra income. It’s about people, brands and moments that stick with you. Whether you’re welcoming guests, bringing a brand to life or making sure every detail runs smoothly, every mission matters.

At Beyond Mars, we believe a student or flexi-job is more than just work. It’s about people, moments and building something together. That’s why we invest not only in events, but also in each other. Our Beyonders community brings everyone together, from bar crew to hosts, from stagehands to planners.

An event can be perfectly organised, but without the right face at the entrance, something essential is missing. Hosts and hostesses are often the very first impression your guests get. And that first impression determines whether they feel truly welcome or keep their distance. In this blog, discover why the right host(ess) makes all the difference for your event.

A student job is more than just a way to earn extra money. It’s a chance to gain experience, meet new people and develop yourself — all at times that fit your schedule. At Beyond Mars, we make it possible to work flexibly at the most exciting events and for the biggest brands, so you can combine your studies with work that gives you energy.

A strong concept or eye-catching stand attracts attention, but real impact only happens when there is genuine contact with your audience. In this blog, you’ll discover how promotional staff can make that difference and which elements turn an activation into a memorable experience.

Looking for a way to earn extra income alongside your main job? Then a flexi-job with Beyond Mars might be exactly what you need. You’ll take part in unique events, meet new people and, best of all, your pay is gross = net.
