Once inside, visitors need to find their way: to the right hall, the info desk, the speaker stage or the cloakroom. Our hospitality crew is spread across the venue to answer questions, point the way and, where needed, guide visitor flow. This prevents bottlenecks at key junctions and keeps the fair organized, even at the busiest moments.
