Discover Beyond Mars
Beyond Mars brings together two leading staffing specialists — Challenge MC and MaisonRouge — to create one mission: elevate experiences, empower people.
Every event, every activation, every production depends on the people behind it. That’s where we come in.
At Beyond Mars, we don't just staff events, we build mission-ready teams. Carefully selected, trained and guided to represent your brand, support your guests, and ensure flawless execution on every level.
Depending on your needs, we support you with specialized mission teams:
Beyond the SMILE
Trained hosts, brand ambassadors, sales profiles and hospitality officers, representing your brand with presence and personality at (high end) events and activations.
Beyond the SERVE
Skilled bartenders, waiters, service crew and maîtres, delivering high-end catering and guest experiences with precision and rhythm.
Beyond the STAGE
Reliable backstage and operational crew: stagehands, parking teams and sanitary attendants, ensuring smooth technical operations, logistics and guest comfort behind the scenes.
From intimate corporate receptions to large-scale productions, we provide the right people, at the right moment, fully prepared for the mission ahead.
