Ready for your first mission? This is how your onboarding at Beyond Mars works
Signing up at Beyond Mars only takes a few clicks, but it’s the beginning of something big: unique events, new people and experiences that stay with you. Whether you choose Beyond the Smile, Beyond the Serve or Beyond the Stage: we make your start simple, personal and professional.
Sign up for your favourite division
Choose the division that suits you best and register directly via our website. After that, you will receive an invitation to schedule an introduction meeting. During that conversation, we get to know you, listen to what you’re looking for and explore together where you can perform at your best.
After your meeting, you’ll get access to our planning system: there you can view missions and sign up for assignments that match you. You can also update your CV and photo, so clients always know who they can expect at their event.
Start well prepared
If you choose Beyond the Serve, you will first receive a short, free hospitality training. Don’t see this as an extra obligation, but as an investment in yourself. We make sure you head out with the right knowledge and confidence. This way, you never arrive unprepared at an event and can immediately show what you’re capable of.
We invest a lot of time in our people, because we want every Beyonder to excel: from the first shift to the last.
Multiple divisions? Easy!
Would you like to work in multiple areas, for example behind the bar and backstage? Then sign up for the division that suits you best and mention during your introduction meeting that you’re also interested in another one. Our planners will coordinate internally to see how we can deploy you as quickly as possible across multiple teams. This way, you keep all your options open, without having to register twice.
