At Beyond the Stage, one of the three divisions of Beyond Mars, we schedule people who are ready to roll up their sleeves and make a difference. No technical wizardry — just motivated workers with the right attitude. Here are three jobs that let you experience an event from the inside.
Runner / Stagehand – the right hand of the event
As a runner or stagehand, you make sure everything ends up where it needs to be. Setting up chairs, moving equipment, placing signage… You’re the indispensable link that ensures everything is ready for the guests. No two days are the same, and you’re always close to the action.
Parking Crew – first impressions start outside
An event already begins in the parking area. You make sure visitors enter smoothly, find their way and park safely. With a clear gesture or a friendly smile, you immediately give guests the feeling that everything is well organised.
Sanitary Crew – comfort that makes the difference
A detail often underestimated, but appreciated by every visitor: clean and well-kept sanitary facilities. As part of the sanitary crew, you make sure everything is always in order. It may happen behind the scenes, but it directly contributes to the guest experience.
