Since 2022, they have already been part of the same group, with Alychlo as the main shareholder. With more than 20 years of experience in flexible staffing for events, activations, and productions, they now aim to become the leading reference for impactful flexible talent.

Beyond Mars operates with three specialized divisions:
Beyond the Smile – hosts/hostesses, event models, brand & sales ambassadors
Beyond the Serve – catering, bar & service crew
Beyond the Stage – stagehands, event staff & operational support

Beyond Mars also offers two complementary services: PayPeople, for managing the payroll of your own crew, and Talent Recruitment, for permanent hires of flexible talent with proven experience.
