The renowned flexible staffing agencies Challenge MC and MaisonRouge are joining forces under a new banner: Beyond Mars. Since 2022, they have already been part of the same group, with Alychlo as the main shareholder. With more than 20 years of experience in flexible staffing for events, activations, and productions, they now aim to become the leading reference for impactful flexible talent.

The world of events is big and diverse. Whether you thrive on welcoming people, shine behind the bar, or prefer to work unseen (but essential) backstage, at Beyond Mars there’s a place for you. That’s exactly why we created three divisions: Smile, Serve, and Stage. Each with its own focus, each with opportunities to step up.

A strong event doesn’t start with the lights or the décor, but with the people who make it work. At Beyond Mars, we know that hospitality, service, and backstage support only gain true value when placed in the hands of the right crew. That’s why we’re sharing how we build our teams, and why this approach makes all the difference for your event.
